Are you struggling with forgiving yourself? Do you feel stuck professionally or personally? Are you having a difficult time expressing yourself in relationships? Are you struggling with parenting responsibilities or are you a child that feels misunderstood? You must be exhausted, overwhelmed and, possibly, sometimes feel like a failure. You have not failed! Emotions and feelings are not always factual and can manipulate our behaviors and actions. Life is a series filled with many twists and turns that can create blindspots and obstacles.

As your therapist, I will help you prioritize your peace. My goal is to collaborate with you to develop a plan that will help you learn to think well and live well. You will be empowered to establish healthy boundaries and I will help create ways to support you on your journey.  It will be a judgement-free zone and a place where you are welcomed to simply be you.

I graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a Bachelors in Forensic Psychology and worked with families in Child Welfare. I also obtained a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University-Brooklyn Campus. I have worked with children, families, couples, and individuals on their life’s journey.

We all have a story, which are our lived experiences. We have all been exposed to some form of trauma, whether realized or not.  Therapy can provide you insight and help you find peace in the midst of life’s chaos.  Preserving and prioritizing your peace is accomplished when you think well and live well, which you can attain with help.
