Mariah Morles

The only way out is through” -Robert Frost

Life can often feel like a maze, full of unpredictable twists and turns. Some days bring immense joy, while others plunge us into valleys of despair. It is during these moments where we all seek a guiding presence, someone who is understanding and compassionate to shine a light on the complexities of our minds. As your therapist, I step into this role with a commitment to providing that steady hand, offering support and guidance to help you find your way through life’s challenges.

Valuing the uniqueness of each individual, I embrace an integrative approach to therapy. This involves customizing our sessions to address your specific needs, utilizing a diverse range of therapeutic modalities. I am dedicated to assisting you in developing healthy coping strategies and techniques, enhancing executive functioning skills, and providing guidance in recognizing and replacing unhealthy thoughts and behaviors with positive alternatives. Together, we will navigate your unique journey towards enhancing your well-being and personal growth.

I completed my Bachelor of Science in psychology at Hunter College which led me to pursue a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the same esteemed institution.  I have worked in various mental health settings, where I’ve implemented Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) interventions in private practice. Additionally, I actively contribute to the field of social emotional learning, teaching executive functioning skills, wellness, coping techniques, and crisis de-escalation strategies to students and teachers in school environments.

I am dedicated to providing a safe and collaborative space that encourages you to be your authentic self, make insightful decisions, and embark on a journey towards self-discovery and personal empowerment.
